About this site

There are many reasons why owning residential real estate in Australia, with its sunny climate and cosmopolitan lifestyle, is popular with both local and overseas buyers and investors, and this web site has been created to provide an overview of the SYDNEY real-estate market, and also offer an in depth analysis for the serious buyer or investor.

Peter Henderson

Peter HendersonAfter graduating with a Science Degree in Architecture from the University of NSW in 1970, Sydney-sider, Peter Henderson went to Hong Kong, where he cut his teeth in the commercial world as a project manager on major building sites.
Profit generated by large development projects soon made developing his first love, and back in Sydney Peter set about acquiring land for development, for property development clients.
In 1982 Peter completed his Real-Estate Certificate and obtained a Real-Estate licence. After more than twenty years in property development, Peter was able to devote himself to his favourite hobby...the Sydney residential property market...as Principal of HENDERSON First National Real-estate agency in
Cremorne.  In 2000 Peter was able to retire with healthy rental income from his Sydney residential investment properties. In the latter half of 2003 Peter together with his wife Trish embarked on a 25,000 km odyssey in their motor home with the express intent of identifying residential investment opportunities that could potentially outperform the Sydney market. While many regional markets offer rental yields well in excess of Sydney, at the same time other locations offer exceptional value for money when compared to Sydney. Interestingly Peter concluded that the Sydney market remains the most attractive with consistent growth and reliable rental returns. Peter remains dedicated to Sydney residential investment, and to helping friends and family.  Peter is ideally equipped to provide assistance to anyone contemplating buying or selling Real-Estate in Sydney
